The Trueheat RCF4 400mm Wide Gas Deep Fryer is a high-performance commercial fryer designed to handle the demands of busy restaurants, cafés and fast-food operations. Its 18-litre high-grade stainless steel open pot provides generous frying capacity, while the powerful gas burner system and premium fast-action thermostat allow the oil temperature to recover quickly after food is added, helping deliver consistent frying results throughout service.

Built with a durable stainless steel cabinet and premium stainless steel frypot, the RCF4 combines practical operation with easy cleaning and maintenance. The fryer produces up to 26kg of frozen chips per hour and includes two frying baskets, a stainless steel night cover, clean-out rod and wire basket support grid as standard. With a compact 400mm footprint, it is an excellent choice for commercial kitchens where cooking performance and efficient use of space are important.
