Returns Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make the returns process as straightforward as possible. Please read the below carefully before initiating a return.
What can be returned?
We accept returns on most standard stocked items, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.
Items not eligible for return include:
- Special order or custom-made products
- Installed, used, or damaged items (unless deemed faulty)
- Clearance or non-stocked items
- Items returned without original packaging
When do items need to be returned by?
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery or collection
- Any damage, shortage, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery
Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims outside of these timeframes.

How do customers return items?
To initiate a return:
- Contact our team at sales@wgafoodequip.com.au or call 1300 222 022
- Provide:
- Invoice or order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos (required for damaged or faulty items)
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Important:
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Shipping for returns
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item is faulty
- The incorrect item was supplied
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- For larger items, we may be able to assist with organising return freight at the customer’s expense.
Credit for returns
Approved returns will be processed as:
- Store credit or
- Refund to original payment method (at our discretion)
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once the item has been received and inspected.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for change-of-mind returns.
In-store return option
Returns can be made in person at:

Please contact us beforehand to ensure your return is approved and ready for processing.
Packing materials
All returned items must:
- Be in original packaging
- Be unused and in resalable condition
- Include all parts, accessories, and documentation
Items not returned in original condition may be rejected or incur additional fees.
