The SKOPE ProSpec PG13.PPS.3.SD is a high-performance three-door salad preparation fridge designed for busy restaurants, cafés, quick-service kitchens and commercial foodservice environments. With a 372L gross capacity and integrated preparation well accommodating seven GN 1/3 pans, it provides convenient access to frequently used ingredients while keeping food safely refrigerated.

Constructed from food-safe 304 AISI stainless steel throughout the interior and exterior, the ProSpec combines durability with easy cleaning. The fridge maintains standard storage temperatures of 1°C to 5°C and is engineered to perform reliably in ambient temperatures up to 40°C. Three self-closing solid swing doors feature barrel locks, while six stainless steel shelves provide flexible internal storage.

The removable refrigeration cartridge uses environmentally friendly R290 natural refrigerant, while the SKOPE-connect compatible controller allows temperature settings, alerts, monitoring and energy information to be managed through the SKOPE-connect app. Automatic defrost, door-activated LED lighting and a fully front-breathing design make the PG13.PPS.3.SD a practical and efficient solution for professional food preparation.
