The Scotsman ECM 47 AS OX Gourmet Ice Maker combines compact dimensions with reliable commercial ice production, making it an excellent choice for bars, cafés, restaurants and other hospitality venues.

Producing up to 24kg of ice per 24 hours, the ECM 47 creates individual, crystal-clear medium gourmet cubes, approximately 30mm diameter x 34mm high and weighing around 20g each. Its integrated storage bin holds up to 9kg of ice, providing convenient access during busy service periods.

The unit features Scotsman's XSafe natural sanitation system and AgION antimicrobial technology, designed to help maintain hygiene within the ice-making environment and resist the growth of microbes and unpleasant odours. Its horizontal spray-system technology produces clear, consistent cubes suited to premium drink presentation.

A built-in PWD progressive water discharge system can pump residual water over distances of up to 15 metres, providing greater flexibility when positioning the machine in locations where a conventional gravity drain isn't conveniently situated.

Finished in durable stainless steel, the ECM 47 also features a removable and washable front-access condenser filter, maintenance warning indicator and ergonomically designed disappearing storage-bin door.
