The Edge Master Professional Combination Whetstone 240/1000 Grit provides everything you need to restore dull kitchen knives and maintain a razor-sharp edge. The 240 grit side is ideal for repairing damaged or extremely blunt blades, while the 1000 grit side refines the edge, removes burrs and restores excellent cutting performance. Suitable for most straight-edge kitchen knives, this combination stone is an excellent addition to any commercial or home kitchen.
Before use, simply soak the whetstone in water for approximately five minutes until air bubbles stop rising. The included non-slip plastic base keeps the stone securely in place during sharpening, allowing you to maintain a consistent 15–30° sharpening angle for safe, precise results.
