Manufactured from virtually unbreakable Camwear® polycarbonate, this gastronorm food pan is ideal for storing, transporting, and serving food in one convenient container.
With an 11.7-litre capacity and 200mm depth, the food pan is suitable for high-volume ingredient storage, food preparation stations, buffet service, and commercial kitchen operations. Designed to withstand temperatures from -40°C to 99°C, it performs reliably in refrigerators, prep stations, cool rooms, and heated food service applications.
