Manufactured from durable clear polycarbonate, the shelf is designed to withstand demanding daily commercial use while allowing quick visibility of stored products. The perforated design promotes efficient drainage, helping keep freshly washed fruits, vegetables, and ingredients separated from residual water and juices.
The integrated finger notch allows easy placement and removal from full size food pans, while the sturdy raised feet elevate the shelf from the pan base for improved drainage performance.
