The Blue Seal E514B-B 600mm Benchtop Electric Griddle is a robust and versatile cooking solution designed for demanding commercial kitchens. Featuring a generous 600mm griddle cooking surface and two 3.4kW griddle elements, it provides dependable heat and ample cooking space for breakfast service, burgers, steaks, grilled sandwiches and other high-volume menu items.

Each 300mm griddle section features independent thermostat control from 50–320°C, allowing different foods to be cooked at separate temperatures across the cooking surface. Energy regulator controls, power and heating indicator lights and reinforced control knobs provide straightforward operation, while the heavy-duty stainless steel finish and adjustable stainless steel bench legs are built for commercial use.
