That’s because the majority of customers we work with are businesses - cafés, restaurants, schools, medical facilities - who are registered for GST and claim it back.
Displaying pricing this way keeps everything consistent with how businesses plan, budget, and compare costs.
It Keeps Us Competitive with Online Suppliers
A big part of this comes down to transparency in the market.
Many large, online-only suppliers list their pricing excluding GST as well. If we displayed all pricing including GST while others didn’t, it can make direct comparisons look misleading - even when the actual cost is very similar.
