The FED SLB150 Three Door Pizza Prep Fridge is designed to streamline pizza, sandwich and salad preparation in fast-paced commercial kitchens. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, this prep fridge features a refrigerated ingredient well accommodating 7 x 1/3 GN pans (sold separately), complete with a hinged pan lid to maintain safe holding temperatures. A generous 300mm deep polyethylene cutting board provides ample preparation space, allowing ingredients to be assembled quickly and efficiently.
Equipped with cross-flow pan cooling, fan-forced refrigeration and a blown well system, the SLB150 maintains consistent temperatures between 2°C and 5°C across both the cabinet and ingredient section. Premium Embraco compressor technology, German EBM-Papst fans, digital temperature control, automatic defrost and self-evaporating drainage ensure dependable performance with minimal maintenance.
