The Cambro Camwear® Full Size Food Pan 100mm Deep is a durable commercial food storage and preparation pan designed for restaurants, cafés, catering operations, buffets, and commercial kitchens. With a 13 litre capacity and full-size gastronorm format, the pan is ideal for storing, transporting, displaying, and serving food products in demanding foodservice environments.
Manufactured from virtually unbreakable Camwear® polycarbonate, the pan is designed to resist cracking, bending, and denting during daily commercial use. The black finish provides a professional presentation suitable for front and back-of-house applications, while moulded graduations in metric and standard measurements support portion control and inventory management.
The smooth non-stick interior surface promotes easier cleaning and improved food yield, while the large radius corners help minimise food waste.
