The Lincoln 2500 series Digital Countertop Impinger, is a self-contained conveyorised electric Impinger oven that is stackable up to 2 high and designed for countertop use.

It offers clubs, cafes, pubs and restaurants the ability to produce perfectly cooked food from steaks to bakes without the need for ventilation or tending, drastically reducing installation and labour costs.

Small enough to fit on most commercial countertops, but large enough to replace a half-sized convection oven or up to 5 microwaves. Air impinger technology cooks food 2 - 4 times faster than conventional ovens.
